Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original artworks simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process.

In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging before opening the package and then photograph the damaged art inside.

Send images to kristie@brighthappyartist.com and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.

If for some reason the item you receive is not the one you ordered please contact us within 3days of delivery so we can organize a replacement. In this case all postage an handling fees will be covered by brighthappyartshop.com
